Before submitting your bid, as a self-performing general contractor, you can:

Procure material quotes directly from Palmer Supply Inc. to use in your proposal, ensuring that all money spent with us counts 100% towards your SDVOB goals.

Request that your prime and or subcontractors obtain quotes from Palmer Supply Inc. for any materials they will need.

Post Award

After a project is awarded, if your subcontractors are not SDVOB certified and you have not yet fulfilled your SDVOB goals, Palmer Supply Inc. can assist in meeting those requirements:
